ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL
- Students, applying for admissions are, as a rule subjected to a competitive entrance test. They will be tested in standard below the one to which they seek admission.
- A new student joining from other school should be from a recognized school and he/ she cannot be admitted unless and until his or her transfer certificate is produced
- The management has the right to decide on what condition a pupil is admitted or detained in the school.
- Registration for admission is done normally in February as per the date scheduled/ published on the notice board. Performa or Bio data should be made on the prescribed form obtained with prospectus from the school office.
- The name and date of birth once entered in the admission register of the school will not be changed as it is against law. If so there will be a judicial affidavit used for any changes.
- The very condition of admission will that the parents or guardian will comply strictly with the terms and rules given in the school almanac and the fees and other charges laid down. Any future changes regarding Rules and fees will also be binding on them.
- All applications for the school leaving certificate should be in the prescribed format, duly signed by the parents.
- The School leaving certificate will be issued only after all the dues have been cleared.
- Duplicate copies of school leaving certificate are not ordinarily issued. Such certificates will be issued in special cases only after the parent furnishes an affidavit certified by notary stating that the school leaving certificate has been irrecoverably lost and that they will be solely responsible for any possible misuse later.
- The school office will remain opened for 10 days after the summer vacation begins to enable those who have decided to apply and collect the transfer and other certificates of their wards. For the late applicants T.C. will be issued only when the office re-opens after summer vacation.
REQUIREMENT FOR ADMISSION
The following items have to be submitted at the time of admission with the registration form
1. Samagra Samagik Suraksha Mission ID . ( SSSM - ID )
2. Date of Birth Certicate ( Photocopy )
3. Caste Certificate ( SC/ST/OBC)
4. Student's Bank Account No. with IFSC code
5. Passport size photo of the student - 2 Nos
6. Family Photo - 1
7. T.C. Original
8. A copy of mark list of Previous school
9. Ration Card's Photocopy
